摘要: PURPOSE To compare the effects of latanoprost/timolol (LTFC) versus dorzolamide/timolol (DTFC) fixed combinations on intraocular pressure (IOP), visual function, and retrobulbar blood flow in patients with open-angle glaucoma (OAG). METHODS This was a prospective, randomized, double masked, parallel study 30 OAG. All received 4 weeks timolol treatment prior to randomization LTFC or DTFC treatment. Measurements after were taken at 1, 6, 12 months, including arterial pressure; IOP; color Doppler imaging ophthalmic artery (OA), central retinal artery, short posterior ciliary (SPCA); scanning laser polarimetry; Humphrey field examination; adverse events. RESULTS IOP decreased by 5.0 mmHg cohort (p<0.000) 5.44 (p=0.0001) months No statistically significant differences nerve fiber layer thickness observed between groups during therapy. Mean increase over 1 year ocular perfusion diastolic pressures 10.46% 10.67% group 7.47% 5.61% group, respectively. OA resistive index (RI) SPCA RI significantly different visit two (p=0.05 p=0.000, respectively): showed decrease RI. CONCLUSIONS One resulted similar lowering as well stable function structure. The lower vascular resistance vessels compared group.
