摘要: Ovarian follicular development is controlled by numerous paracrine and endocrine regulators, including oocyte-derived growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF9), a localized increase in bioavailable insulin-like 1 (IGF1). The effects of GDF9 on function theca cells collected from small (3-6 mm) large (8-22 ovarian follicles were investigated. In small-follicle cultured the presence both LH IGF1, increased cell numbers DNA synthesis, as measured (3)H-thymidine incorporation assay, dose-dependently decreased progesterone androstenedione production. Theca had little or no response to terms proliferation steroid production induced IGF1. Small-follicle studies indicated that abundance LHR CYP11A1 mRNA cells, but effect IGF1R, STAR, CYP17A1 percentage staining for proteins. activated similar mothers against decapentaplegics (SMAD) 2/3-induced CAGA promoter activity transfected cells. more ALK5 than large-follicle granulosa appeared have greater detectable mRNA. We conclude are responsive those may be produced cattle. Because steroidogenesis, oocyte- cell-derived simultaneously promote prevent premature interna during early follicle development.
