摘要: Abstract Aim To assess the risk of gastric cancer in a Japanese patient population with disease by stratification histology, age, tumour location and association family history or non-gastric tumours. Methods A retrospective analysis 1400 consecutive patients 13,467 age- gender-matched controls from pre-recorded database using conditional logistic regression models. Results Young (≤43 years age) intestinal type had strong first degree-relatives (OR = 12.5). Moreover, when was observed both parents, there an increased (OR = 7.8), more commonly proximal mid-stomach. In contrast, diffuse-type parents suffered cancers (OR = 2.1). Conclusion These data suggest that degree familial clustering differ subgroups stratified stomach this population.
