摘要: Calciphylaxis is a relatively rare disorder associated with calcification of small- and medium-sized blood vessels, progressive ischemic skin necrosis, ulcerations. It usually seen in patients end-stage renal disease secondary hyperparathyroidism occasionally primary hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcemia malignancy, liver disease. We report an unusual case calciphylaxis association metastatic breast carcinoma the absence or parathyroid A 73-year-old woman presented painful leg ulcers. Serum calcium levels parathormone were within normal limits. Skin biopsies from ulcers revealed to subcutaneous arteries media. Some narrowed by fibrointimal hyperplasia fibrin thrombi. Calcification fat, fat suppuration also seen. osteolytic rare. Although end stage most common cause calciphylaxis, this demonstrates that less conditions serum may it.
