摘要: This study investigated the relationship between nonverbal behaviors of immediacy and dominance on teachers’ initial impressions trust toward a supervisor. Pre‐service teachers (N = 266) watched videotaped segments teacher‐supervisor conferences rated supervisor Individualized Trust Scale (ITS). As hypothesized, resulted in higher perceptions than dominance. Immediacy also measures appropriateness effectiveness In addition, were highly correlated with effectiveness, reinforcing as key element relationship.
