摘要: Purpose – This article aims to introduce practical based criteria for effective organizational communication.Design/methodology/approach The subject scope this is corporate communication. study on literature reviews and a qualitative study, entailing the basic principles of phenomenological approach, with 20 subjects.Findings Four additional communication surfaced: responsible; professional; concise; sincere.Research limitations/implications studies reviewed, although in‐depth, apply small sample in one metropolitan environment, which makes generalization among different cultures riskier.Practical implications Organizational managers may use these findings reflect their strategies improve them, where necessary, basis study.Originality/value paper's value lies four found as result reflections from members workforce, ...
