摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impacts company sizes and culture on quality management practices (QMP) in manufacturing organisations based Trinidad Tobago (T&T).Design/methodology/approach Empirical data were collected via a questionnaire survey, 65 manufacturers four different studied. analysis survey was performed with aid SPSS.Findings study signified five core dimensions that would facilitate QMP implementation, their relative importance be dependent varying size. Organisation size appears affect only dimension Low Power Distance.Research limitations/implications This research has its limitations due fact samples selected T&T.
