摘要: The in vitro activities and interactions of macrophages lymphocytes from tuberculin-sensitive normal guinea pigs, the presence or absence antigen (PPD), were examined with aid phase-contrast time-lapse cinematography. Macrophages peritoneal exudate had active amoeboid motion numerous rapidly extending pseudopodia. sensitized animals, lymphocytes, to a lesser extent thymocytes, formed considerably less pseudopodia, became spherical more sluggish their movements. sensitized, was not affected by specific antigen. Non-sensitized aggregated tended become associated lymphocytes. These observations provided direct evidence immunologically induced cellular delayed hypersensitivity systems.
