摘要: We have applied the method of genomic microarray to investigate amplification oncogenes throughout genome nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Array based comparative hybridization (array CGH) allows simultaneous examination 58 commonly amplified in various human cancers. In present study, we examined 15 NPC samples including five cell lines, two xenografts and eight primary tumours with array CGH reveal particular associated this cancer. This is first wide survey multiple oncogene amplifications involved development NPC. Non-random gene were identified for time on MYCL1 1p34.3 TERC PIK3CA at 3q26.3. Other high level included NRAS, RAF1, MYB, EGFR, FGF4, EMS1, D17S167. Highest frequencies gain novel detected (66.7%), (46.7%), ESR (40%), LAMC2 (33.3%), CSE1L (33.3%).
