摘要: Abstract Throughout the 1960s and 1970s, it was argued that professional workers are more likely to be committed their profession than employer, especially in bureaucratic types of organizations. Since then, however, has been suggested organizational commitments not necessarily incompatible. The primary purpose this study is empirically assess nature relation between commitment. Meta-analysis used integrate previous findings relevant correlational data from 15 published studies. results indicate a moderately strong, positive association commitment, thereby supporting currently prevailing view. Investigation four potential moderators reveals degree occupational professionalization, individual′s position employing organization, form commitment have moderating effects on true correlation
