摘要: Alveolar echinococcosis of the liver (AEL) is a parasitosis with potential for malignant tumor-like behavior. The disease diagnosed by combination serologic tests, diagnostic images, and histology needle biopsy specimens. It remains unresolved whether induces subsequent troubles. We designed this study to investigate critical problems after AEL lesions using an experimental model. Five samples were prepared from resected patients: (A) 10% suspension trypsin digests minced lesion; (B) mesh-filtered sediment (C) washing nonminced (D) supernatant centrifuging intracystic fluid; (E) fluid. A 1-ml aliquot each sample was injected intraperitoneally into jirds (gerbils) or cotton rats, respectively. animals sacrificed 12 weeks later, intraperitoneal metacestodes observed. All except D developed metacestodes, their histologies all typical alveolar echinococcosis. These results suggest that may cause dissemination tracial implantation parasites along track needle.
