摘要: Purpose Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), a multifunctional cytokine, is involved in apoptosis, cell proliferation, survival, and inflammation. It plays dual role cancer development progression. has been revealed that polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) modulate the production activity of TNF family cytokines. The objective present study was to evaluate effect PUFAs on messenger RNA expression levels TNF-α patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.
