摘要: In this article, the results of investigations concerning a parasitic endocytobiont within host amoebae (Acanthamoeba sp.) are presented. The was recently isolated from contact lens and inflamed eye patient with keratitis. Light microscopy electron were performed to provide morphological details: revealed presence ovoid microorganisms developing proliferating cytoplasm amoebic trophozoites. Details unusual development these endocytobionts could be studied demonstrated by means microscopy. Foldings reorganization took place exclusively cytoplasm. intracellularly aggregating organisms led rupture Acanthamoeba trophozoites after proliferation. Numerous released, which infectious subsequently ingested hitherto uninfected acanthamoebic To evaluate in vitro growth (without their hosts), they transferred several different culture plates. There no unique on five common cultural plates suitable for bacteria fungi.
