摘要: Coxiella burnetii is the etiologic agent of Q fever. It may occur as two different morphological forms, a large cell variant (LCV) and small (SCV). The SCV characterized by unique resistance to physical chemical factors survive in environment for many months. objective this study was examine environmental samples presence C. using real-time PCR areas where fever previously reported randomly selected animal farms not reported. were collected following provinces Poland: Lublin, Subcarpathian Masovian. Monitoring performed with serological methods. Of 727 samples, 33 (4.54%) contained multi-copy insertion sequence IS1111, which specific burnetii. Subsequently, antibodies determined tests herds positive genetic results obtained. Serological analyses 169 serum CFT ELISA on Polish black-and-white Holstein-Friesian cows one cow imported from Denmark. Using method, 11 phase I six II antibodies. Moreover, cases, both antigens detected. However, examined 20 test, also CFT. Additionally, multi spacer typing (MST) isolated strains performed. MST identified new genotypes Poland, ST3 ST6. indicate that continued research regarding spread pathogen within country necessary.
