摘要: Fab fragments of rabbit anti-embryonal carcinoma cells IgG dramatically perturb cell-cell interactions between embryonal and early mouse embryo blastomeres. These antibodies prevent compaction preimplantation embryos (or trigger their decompaction) have similar effects on cells. They probably act through the masking specific molecules (Fab targets) involved in mechanisms recognition during compaction. target been extracted from cell membranes purified using property to inhibit mediated by Fab. The solubilization targets could be achieved both detergent extraction trypsin treatment membranes. In latter case, a glycoprotein 84,000 daltons which has all properties expected accounts for most Fab-inhibiting activity
