摘要: Radiofrequency ablation is increasingly used in the treatment of hepatic tumors. Planning percutaneous intervention essential and particularly difficult. In this paper, we focus on an automated computation optimal needle insertion computer-assisted surgery with 3D visualization. First, review our method which delineates skin a virtual patient candidate zones for insertion, i.e., those allow safe access to tumor. each case, look trajectory that minimizes volume burnt tissue. Secondly, introduce quasi-exhaustive allies sampling certified minimization form strong argument accuracy results. We also compare results applying both methods 7 representative reconstructed cases.
