摘要: Image guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is becoming a standard procedure as minimally invasive method for tumor treatment in the clinical routine. The visualization of pathological tissue and potential risk structures like vessels or important organs gives essential support image pre-interventional RFA planning. In this work our aim to present novel techniques for interactive planning physician with spatial information structures well finding trajectories without harming vitally important tissue. Furthermore, we illustrate three-dimensional applicator models different manufactures combined with corresponding areas homogenous tissue, specified by manufacturers, enhance the estimated amount cell destruction caused ablation. are embedded in a workflow oriented application, designed use To allow high-quality volume rendering integrated method using fuzzy c-means algorithm. This automatically defines transfer function volume need segmentation mask. However, insufficient results displayed low data quality can be improved local vessel vicinity lesion. We also provide an technique liver tumors volumetric measurement combined anatomical structures. order coagulation estimation respect heat-sink effect cooling blood flow which decreases thermal ablation, numerical simulation heat distribution provided.
