摘要: Antecedentes La reestenosis es la limitacion mayor para revascularizacion coronaria percutanea ; se ha relacionado con liberacion de metaloproteinasas y factor crecimiento los macrofagos, provocando migracion proliferacion del tejido muscular liso . Las hipotesis este estudio fueron: 1) que las lesiones primarias presentan luego una aterectomia tienen contenido macrofagos aquellas buena evolucion 2) angiografica esta relacionada el lesion primaria
