摘要: Abstract A simple method is described for the production of stable and highly active monoclonal antibody/colloidal gold reagents. These reagents can be used in recently introduced IGS (immuno staining) to label antigens at both light electron microscopic level. As an example, labelling human T lymphocytes given. It concluded that potentially lends itself very well use with antibodies.
