摘要: The ultrastructural and immunologic features of normal convoluted T-lymphocytes were studied with a panel monoclonal antibodies the immunogold technique these compared cells from patients Sezary syndrome (SS) adult T-cell lymphoma-leukaemia (ATLL). According to characteristics nucleus, two distinct subtypes, representing 2-4% peripheral blood lymphocytes recognized: (i) cerebriform lymphocyte ('Sezary-like') characterized by narrow deep nuclear indentations, closely resembling SS, (ii) or polylobated ('ATLL-like'), shorter broader indentations than those seen in that resemble ATLL. Both types positive OKT3, OKT4, OKT17 FMC3 negative OKT8, OKM1 FMC4 (anti-HLA-Dr) as SS ATLL cells. A difference was observed expression anti-T antibody 3Al: Sezary-like lymphocytes, like cells, 3Al whilst ATLL-like positive. close morphological membrane phenotype similarities between suggest they may well represent counterparts malignant T both conditions.
