摘要: The purpose of thymocyte differentiation is to establish the T cell repertoire and eliminate nonfunctional autoreactive cells. In an analysis potential regulators this process, we have found that c-myc expression down-regulated dramatically during early subsequently up-regulated along with TCR/CD3 in CD4+8+ Transgenic E beta-myc mice constitutively express thymocytes a larger proportion high low heat-stable antigen-1 than controls, increase number transitional cells CD4+CD8low phenotype. Mature respond less vigorously controls activation through their complex, as measured by proliferation induction marker CD69.
