摘要: Hydrogen sulfide has been shown to improve the quality of oocytes destined for in vitro fertilization. Although hydrogen is capable modulating ion channel activity somatic cells, role gametes and embryos remains unknown. Our observations confirmed hypothesis that KATP L-type Ca2+ channels play roles porcine oocyte ageing revealed a plausible contribution modulation activity. We benefits activation suppression channels, respectively, preservation quality. experiments identified as promoting desired activity, with capacity protect against cell death. Further are needed determine exact mechanism embryos.
