摘要: Clematis tangutica has been shown to be beneficial for the heart; however, mechanism of this effectremains unknown. Apigenin-7-O-β-D-(-6″-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside (APG) is a new flavonoid glycoside isolated from tangutica. This study investigates effects APG on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (IR) injury (IRI). An IRI model primary cells and mice was used in study. Compared with IR group, preconditioning protective against hearts dose-dependent manner. The cardioprotective mechanisms may involve significant PKCe translocation into mitochondria an activation Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, which respectively suppressesmitochondrial oxidative stress inhibits apoptosis. In addition, PKCe-targeted siRNA specialized inhibitor (e-V1-2) were inhibit expression activity. inhibition reversed effect APG, increased mitochondrial cardiomyocyte conclusion, plays important role APG. induced by reduces promotes Nrf2/HO-1-mediated anti-apoptosis signaling.
