摘要: Oxidative stress is induced by an imbalanced redox states, involving either excessive generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) or dysfunction the antioxidant system. Previous studies have demonstrated that oxidative plays a central role in common pathophysiology neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease Parkinson's disease. Antioxidant therapy has been suggested for prevention treatment diseases, although results with regard their efficacy treating inconsistent. In this review, we will discuss vivo measurement index damage stress. Moreover, present knowledge on future directions be outlined.
