摘要: Abstract This paper is a tutorial review of the theory simple thickness mode piezoelectric transducer. The usual differential equations and constitutive relations are used to obtain general impedance for transducer with arbitrary boundary conditions. In derivations, special attention given showing what basic assumptions made, which material constants must be in equations. As usual, only valid if no quantities depend on lateral co-ordinates plate.
