摘要: Abstract Objective: To critically review the English-language literature and describe current diagnosis, prevalence, etiology, treatment of antisperm antibodies (ASA). Design: A comprehensive search published between 1966 December 1997 was performed on MEDLINE. Articles were also located via bibliographies works. Result(s): Data excerpted from articles identified by MEDLINE search. The ASA are described. Conclusion(s): There is sufficient evidence that impair fertility in couples with unexplained infertility. number different methodologies available, which may be used their detection. However, many cases, test interpretation subjective. Although there not enough to support systemic for ASA, application a variety assisted reproductive technologies improves outcome.
