摘要: Angiogenic activity of adenocarcinoma endometrium was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative assays that measure vessel growth in chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) chick embryo incorporation [3H] thymidine to DNA CAM, respectively. In addition, histological specimens with the vascular system filled contrasting medium, were examined for presence neovascularization. Both on CAM indicated possessed angiogenic activity. Histological analysis suggested neovascularization took place during development adenocarcinoma. It is therefore possible this tumor stimulated its
