摘要: Concentrations of plasma fibrinopeptide A (FPA) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 50 patients with venous thromboembolism or disseminated intravascular coagulation both. consistent discrepancy was observed values obtained two anti-FPA antisera. Analysis extracts from these high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) revealed the presence a phosphorylated and an unphosphorylated form peptide. Differences concentrations FPA antisera could be accounted for their different reactivity (FPA-P). The differences abolished treatment alkaline phosphatase. good correlation between FPA-P content free A-peptide material fibrinogen as determined HPLC (r = .88, P less than .001, n 11). In elevated levels, mean significantly higher (P .002, 13) normal levels (n 8) healthy controls 14). Phosphorus did not correlate degradation products became on adequate anticoagulation. Therefore, blood-clotting activation may lead to high phosphate plasma.
