摘要: A specific CGRP-binding protein of M(r) 60,000 has been identified in the human neuroblastoma cell line SK-N-MC. After N-deglycosylation a 48,000 was found. The were indistinguishable from those determined cerebellum. Receptor binding CGRP is coupled to cyclic AMP formation. latter antagonized by hCGRP-I8-37.
