摘要: Abstract Central catecholaminergic nerves have been shown to participate in the integration of cardio-cardiac reflexes induced by coronary artery ligation rat. In this study we measured turnover dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine microdissected brain regions identify some specific neural loci involved integration. Three groups rats, treated with α-methyltyrosine, an inhibitor catecholamine biosynthesis were examined: left ligation, ventricle painted lidocaine, sham operation. An untreated group resting rats was also examined. Dopamine, increased ligated nucleus tractus solitarius (right left), commissuralis, A 1 -region, locus coeruleus, cuneatus, area postrema pons-medulla dorsomedialis hypothalamus. Norepinephrine dopamine (but not epinephrine) ambiguus stem paraventricularis ligation-induced increase turnover, alone, exhibited 2 -region gigantocellularis medulla supraopticus hypothalamicus posterior Dopaminergic appeared be inhibited following ligation. The stores 11 nuclear influenced occlusion. Topical applied ischemic ventricle, only, completely restored regional that found sham-operated animals. conclusion, identified discrete which (as α-methyltyrosine disappearance) is stimulation ventricular receptors during acute myocardial ischemia
