摘要: Summary The concentrations of noradrenaline and dopamine 92 brain regions have been measured by a radiometric method which enabled discrimination between adrenaline. Almost all investigated contained both in measurable amounts. However, catecholamines appeared to be unevenly distributed. Very high were the olfactory tubercle, nucleus accumbens, caudate rostral part medial forebrain bundle; globus pallidus, tractus diagonalis septalis lateralis also very rich dopamine. Outside telencephalon rather low, except median eminence area tegmentalis ventralis (Tsai), an corresponding A10 region. High most hypothalamic nuclei. Relatively this catecholamine several mesencephalic (the ventral central gray, raphe dorsalis cuneiformis) pontine locus coeruleus nuclei parabrachiales) regions. highest medulla oblongata observed A2 region commissuralis, at least twice as much did more solitarii.
