摘要: Abstract Direct acid leaching process was used to recover vanadium from Linz Donawitz (LD) converter slag. The parameters were studied obtain conditions that can be leached without using a pyro metallurgical step since the roasting requires high energy consumption. independent factors investigated liquid solid ratio (L/S) (10–20 mL/g), temperature (40–70 °C), concentration (1.5–3.0 M), stirring rate (500–700 rpm) and time (60–120 min). Response surface methodology (RSM) optimize parameters. most influencing parameter found less effective concentration. It shown optimum condition for recovery of ca. 98% obtained at L/S 17.52, 70 °C, 2.82 M 120 min. shrinking core model (SCM) describe kinetics slag leaching. A constrained multi-linear regression analysis least square technique determine controlling mechanism. This takes into account all three possible mechanisms processes (i.e., chemical reaction, diffusion through product layer film mass transfer) simultaneously. Results kinetic study by this method is controlled reaction low whereas it in long time, i.e., after 60 min start process, temperature.
