摘要: The SP6 polymerase/promoter system was used to synthesize porcine pro-opiomelanocortin mRNAs with nucleotide sequence deletions in the 5'- as well 3'-untranslated and coding regions. translational efficiency of mutant evaluated by cell-free translation or monitoring rate extent ribosome binding presence sparsomycin. results these experiments indicate that specific sequences 5'-untranslated regions mRNA decrease its translation. Structure mapping double-strand single-strand nucleases suggests can form stable secondary structures.
