摘要: Abstract In the small aquatic fern Azolla filiculoides, cytokinin immunolocalization was performed in longitudinal axial sections of plantlet shoots. The reaction detected: (i) contiguous cell sheet which encircles vascular tissues, (ii) shoot and root meristem target cells, (iii) teat cells leaf cavity pore. Our results demonstrate, for first time, that ferns translocation pattern can be different to described seed plants. Thus, this class hormones is translocated, via tissues plants, whereas it depends upon a layer encircling conducting tissues. meristems, distribution widely differs; fact, apex, signal present only few localized numerous cells.
