摘要: Background We previously reported on a cohort of dystonic tremor and patients with scans without evidence dopaminergic deficit (SWEDDs). We aim to report the long-term clinical imaging follow-up these patients. Patients Methods Patients at least 5-year were included. These had an asymmetric arm tremor, previous diagnosis Parkinson's disease (PD), subsequent normal DaTscan. The was done basis. Results Sixteen mean gap between first 5.4 years. Two (12.5%) reduced nigrostriatal uptake DaTscan, whereas 14 continued have imaging. Conclusion This is longest follow up rest DaT (SWEDDs) date. show here that only minority them striatonigral over long term up.
