摘要: OBJECTIVE To compare arthroscopy with radiography in patients temporomandibular joint (TMJ) symptoms and generalized disease. METHODS Twenty osteoarthritis (GOA) TMJ 21 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) were examined (individualized oblique lateral transcranial projections sagittal frontal tomography). RESULTS In the GOA group there was a significant correlation between pronounced degenerative changes at flattening of eminence reduced space superiorly posteriorly on radiographs moderate to bone or disk remodelling posteriorly.
