摘要: The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) can promote plant tolerance to heavy metals and have been indicated for use in revegetation processes. effect of native introduced AMF on the growth seedlings Leucaena leucocephala soils caatinga biome impacted by copper mining (Mineracao Caraiba, Jaguarari Municipality, Bahia State) was evaluated. experiment set up a complete randomized design, 3 × 4 factorial arrangement, considering soil from preserved substrates site which topsoil removed received waste; four inoculation treatments (uninoculated control, inoculated with Glomus etunicatum, Acaulospora longula, mixture two fungi), five replicates. Independently treatment, area where more preparing leucaena, while waste not suitable this establishment association. Although infective, G. etunicatum efficient promoting leucaena areas, AMF, A. longula contributed development seedlings.
