摘要: Cryostat sections of 66 snap-frozen dental periapical granulomas were examined for T lymphocytes by the closed chamber hemadsorption technique using sheep erythrocytes (E) treated with 2-aminoethylisothiouronium bromide hydrobromide (AET) as indicator cells (AET-E). also demonstrated immunofluorescent staining a rabbit anti-T lymphocyte antiserum. Eighty-six % showed adherence AET-E, and often focal AET-E pattern was seen, indicating localized infiltration lymphocytes. Diffuse, moderate binding to some may be due recirculating traversing tissue. The results immunofluorescence test parallelled obtained in test. show that mononuclear cell infiltrates usually contain Although their pathogenetic function is still not known, indicate cellular immune reactions are involved.
