摘要: Mononuclear cells in cryostat sections of human dental periapical inflammatory lesions were studied with the aid murine monoclonal antibodies and indirect immunofluorescence microscopy. T lymphocytes (OKT3-positive cells) made up a major part infiltrates. They found mainly clusters, although single also seen. helper (OKT4) more numerous than suppressor/cytotoxic (OKT8-positive cells), ratio approximately 2:1. Langerhans (OKT6-positive not demonstrated: only few scattered HNK 1-positive cells, probably natural killer detected. A large number OKM1- OKIa detected Their size varied considerably different areas sections. These are macrophages. Sheets small demonstrated, indicating presence B or activated lymphocytes. The results indicate that immune reactions may be importance pathogenesis lesions.
