摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect coating on aerosolization three model micronized powders. Three powder materials (salbutamol sulphate, salmeterol xinafoate, triamcinolone acetonide) were chosen not only for their different chemical properties but also physical such as shape and size distribution. Each coated with 5% (w/w) magnesium stearate using two dry mechanofusion approaches. After mechanofusion, both poured tapped densities all drug powders significantly increased. There significant improvements in behavior from an inhaler device after mechanofusion. Such attributed reduction agglomerate strength caused by decreasing intrinsic cohesion via surface modification. work indicated that dependant initial particle properties.
