摘要: BACKGROUND Patients have anxiety and fear of complications due to general anesthesia. Through new instruments local anesthetic drugs, a variety methods been introduced. These keep hospital costs down save time for patients. In particular, the target-controlled infusion (TCI) system maintains relatively accurate level plasma concentration, so depth anesthesia can be adjusted more easily. We conducted this study examine whether intravenous using TCI with propofol remifentanil would an effective method in breast augmentation. METHODS This recruited 100 patients who underwent augmentation surgery from February August 2011. Intravenous was performed 10 mg/mL 50 µg/mL simultaneously administered two separate modules continuous computer-assisted system. The average target concentration set at 2 ng/mL remifentanil, respectively, titrated against clinical effect vital signs. Oxygen saturation, electrocardiography, respiratory status were continuously measured during surgery. Blood pressure 5-minute intervals. Information collected includes total duration surgery, dose drugs memory about side effects. RESULTS Intraoperatively, there transient hypotension cases hypoxia three cases. However, no serious such as difficulty, deep vein thrombosis, or malignant hypertension, which endotracheal intubation reversal agent needed. All discharged on day able ambulate normally. CONCLUSIONS Our results indicate that methods, where is used, might replace
