摘要: Abstract Vitamind D was separated from percalciferol within 1.2 min with a high-efficiency adsorptive liquid chromatographic suppor (Vydac) and low viscosity solvent. The efficiency of the system studied as function solvent flow-rate. In agreement Van Deemter's Giddings' equations for theoretical plate height, decreasing flow-rate enhanced column. However, in presence solvents, observed relationship between height could be interpreted best by equation eddy current mass transfer “coupling”. applied to (1) separation vitamin A acetate, palmitate, aldehyde, alcohol E (2) study cholecalciferol isomerization. isomerization equilibrium constants are greement previously published results.
