摘要: Amniocentesis (AC) is by far the most often used invasive prenatal diagnostic procedure. Amniotic fluid cells were first for diagnosis Fuchs and Philipp (1963) sex chromatin determination in a pregnancy at risk an X-linked disease. After successful establishing of amniotic cell culture techniques Steele Breg (1966), 2 years later diagnoses chromosome aberration ie trisomy 21 (Valenti et al. 1968), metabolic disorder galactosaemia (Nadler 1968) reported.
