摘要: Two-spotted spider mite is a major pest of many agricultural and ornamental crops worldwide. Some reports have indicated that application neonicotinoid insecticides may lead to increased fecundity this pest. If found be true, the use these pesticides cause an outbreak populations. Sublethal effects three neonicotinoids, namely thiacloprid, acetamiprid thiamethoxam were studied on T. urticae adults at field recommended doses. The experiments carried out using bean leaf pieces in plastic Petri dishes. adult mites treated two methods: (1) drench (2) spraying leaves with Potter Spray Tower. Our results all neonicotinoids tested population. In both treatment methods, had highest intrinsic rate population increase (rm) finite (λ); lowest mean generation time (T) doubling among treatments. similar are obtained from greenhouse trials, requires necessary precautions such as avoiding repeated insecticide for controlling insect pests.
