摘要: The aim of this article is to clarify diagnostic pitfalls pancreatic serous cystic neoplasm (SCN) that may result in erroneous characterization. Usual and unusual imaging findings SCN as well potential mimickers are presented. key look for a cluster microcysts (honeycomb pattern), which not be always found the center. Fibrosis mistaken mural nodule intraductal papillary mucinous (IPMN). absence cyst wall enhancement helpful distinguish from neoplasm. However, oligocystic branch duct type IPMN morphologically overlap. In addition, solid adenoma, an extremely rare variant SCN, difficult neuroendocrine tumor.
