摘要: Abstract The interaction of histone with nucleic acids was characterized by light-scattering measurement using a common spectrofluorometer. Thereby, sensitive and convenient method for the determination established. At pH 4.5–6.5, resulted in considerable , four characteristic peaks at 298, 450, 503, 551 nm were observed. applied to acids. experiments indicated that, under optimal conditions, linear relationship obtained between intensity (I LS ) concentration ranges 0.02–2.0 μg ml −1 fish sperm DNA (fsDNA), 0.05–1.5 calf thymus (ctDNA), 0.05–2.5 Herring testis (HtDNA), human placenta (hpDNA). detection limits 2.0 ng DNA, 5.0 3.0 DNA. yeast cell extraction determined simple vortex extraction. results satisfactory, recovery rates range 88–108%.
