摘要: No data exists concerning the application of a new robotic system with 3-mm instruments (Senhance™, Transenterix, Milano, Italy) in small cavities. Therefore, aim this study was to test for its performance intracorporal suturing boxes simulating body Translucent plastic decreasing volumes (2519-90 ml) were used. The procedures (two single stitches, each two consecutive surgical square knots) performed by system-experienced and three system-inexperienced surgeons box, starting within largest consecutively exchanging into smaller ones. With approach, total amount surgeon increased volume being operated in. Outcomes included port placement, time, task completion, internal external instrument/instrument collisions instrument/box collisions. could be all boxes. operating time decreased gradually first (2519-853 ml), demonstrating learning curve. increase from 599 ml lower may attributed complexity procedure cavities as smallest box dimensions 2.9 × 6.3 × 4.9 cm. This is also reflected parallel instrument-instrument introduction system, we able perform knot tying 90 ml. Whether comparable conventional three-port laparoscopic surgery cavities-such pediatric surgery-has evaluated further studies.
