摘要: The biocharacteristics of xenogeneic grafts make them a possible substitute for autogenous bone in dental graft procedures. This study aimed to develop novel porcine with collagen capable generating new defects via osteoconduction over 8 weeks healing and compare it graft. was made undergo cell viability test (MTT) alkaline phosphatase assay (ALP). surgical procedure performed 20 male adult New Zealand white rabbits. Four calvarial critical-size 6 mm diameter were prepared each rabbit. upper left defect filled 500-1000 μm, the right graft, lower hydroxyapatite/beta-tricalcium phosphate served as control without any filling material. rabbits divided sacrificed at 2, 4, 6 after surgery. Histological micro-CT scan results showed that performance is superior regenerating bone. Porcine osteoblast-like differentiation vitro. indicate potential clinical application.
