摘要: In this study, a recombinant modified vaccinia virus Ankara vector expressing chimeric multi-antigen was obtained and evaluated as candidate vaccine in homologous heterologous prime-boost immunizations with protein cocktail. The comprises immunodominant B T cell regions of three Babesia bovis proteins. Humoral cellular immune responses were mice to compare the immunogenicity induced by different immunization schemes. best vaccination scheme achieved prime cocktail boost virus. This high level specific IgG antibodies secreted IFN degree activation IFNγ+ CD4+ CD8+ cells. is first report which novel constructed based on rationally designed regime, optimizing response necessary for protection against bovine babesiosis.
