摘要: Abstract The major goal of this study was to evaluate the influence gangliosides (GANG) treatment on onset adaptive changes and sequelae induced by stress exposure. With purpose, behavioral response 5-metoxy- N,N -dimethyltryptamine (5-MeODMT, 5 mg/kg, IP) motor activity were evaluated in rats previously submitted either a single restraint session (2 h) or daily event for 3 consecutive days, combined not GANG administration (30 mg/kg IP). always injected 2 h before In addition, differences body weights recorded throughout experiments. A similar after 5-MeODMT observed between saline (SAL) unstressed rats. Exposure one three sessions did modify 5-MeODMT, whereas association during days enhanced forepaw treading hindlimb abduction.
